cant reattatch my cordless hoover bin | Dyson Community

Hi, I have a V10 cordless vacuum and having emptied the dust bin I can’t get it to click back on. 
I’ve ordered and received a new dust bin as the Dyson sales rep in our local Curry’s said that was the problem but the new one won’t click on either. 
Help please x
