The suction of my vacuum cleaner is very problematic. I often can’t suck it up and can’t suck it clean. Then when I use it, it will stop and stop by itself. What’s more, I always press the use switch button when I am using it, but I find that when I When I press the switch to suck the floor, I often stop and stop by myself, which makes my hands sore and sore. I don’t know why. I bought it at Harvey Norman in 2019, and it’s still there. Still under warranty, I went there and asked, but they told me to contact you directly, may I change new one

Alright @Annie Lin. You’ll have to contact Dyson directly. The online Mods won’t be able to help. They're only really here to keep us all inline 😂!  You’ll have to call Dyson. 

Although, the stopping and starting sound like a blockage. You should be able to fix this as part of general maintenance. Give My cordless vacuum cleaner is making a pulsing noise or switching off after a few seconds of use, what does this mean? a read.
