I bought a Dyson v15 (cordless vacuum cleaner) about a year ago. Recently, the device started to perform oddly: it turns off two to three times whenever I start to vacuum and the particle count is completely off the charts (it goes up to the millions very quickly). I do not care much about the particle count, but I cannot live with a device which always turns itself off whenever I start cleaning.
I tried to reach customer support in Denmark, but there is no number or email address. Only option is a LiveChat, If I go to this chat and entered all the data, I am being told that I am ‘transferred’ but nothing happens. I tried now three times, each waiting for at least 2h and nothing happens. I must say that I am deeply disappointed by the level of customer service for a product which is so expensive. Is there any other way to get in touch with a human being who can help me resolve the problem?
