I purchased the top of the range stick vacuum cleaner. 10 days before Black Friday sale.
I paid over $1000.00 dollars only to find that Dyson had discounted the cleaner to under $900.00.
And as this was a present to my wife I had it shipped to her in her name (we live together)
Contact Dyson and you guessed it run a round you wouldn't believe, I'm not the registered person give us your wife's details,(did). No we can not do anything for you we need wife's phone number (given). More bull shxx. Now they want photo of sale advertisement. Guess what Dyson have removed it. No customer service only ask for more and more details all I wanted was an answer to the price differences and why would you not pre warn a person about price drop being so close to there black Friday sales. Even better offer a coupon for discounted accessories or partial refund on original purchase.
