Hi, I have a DC34 that I’ve had from new. The machine runs perfectly. I went to charge it but when I connect to the charger there’s no green light. I bought a new battery and it worked as usual. I now need to charge it and still no green light. I then bought a new charger. Still no green light with  either battery. I’m now stumped. Can you help?

@pwh101 Thanks for the post, if the battery you used is a 3rd party part, that’s likely the cause as those aren’t tested by Dyson for quality. If not, I’d look to the “main body” being the culprit. Good luck.
