Delayed Order (Warranty Part)


Hi guys,

I had a replacement Digital Motorbar Cleaner Head approved under warranty.  The order was placed on 15 November 2024 and confirmed by way of email.  Email stated “your order has been dispatched”.

I phoned Dyson customer service on 25 November 2024 and was advised that the goods take up to 14 days and everything was in hand.  Fair enough I thought.  However, by 29 November there was still no delivery.  Time for another phone call.  The representative I spoke to on this occasion had me holding for quite some time whilst they attempted to track down my order.  Eventually admitting that it was still at the warehouse and assured me it would be expected by Friday 13 December 2024.  Well here we are now 5 January 2025.  Where to go from here?  31 minutes in phone calls so far and no favourable outcome.

I am on my 5th Dyson and unless they get their act together, this will be my last.
