Don’t you think Dyson’s lack of battery disposal routes is appalling in this day and age? There is no postal return, I have no Dyson centres within 100 miles and no battery recycling centres within 10 miles!

Thanks for your post. As you’ve mentioned, we don’t currently offer a battery collection service, but lithium ion battery packs are widely accepted by household recycling centres, in addition to Dyson Demo store and Demo Zone locations. I’m sorry to hear that these options aren’t convenient in your particular instance.
