It appears that we are in great company with many others waiting for a replacement cleaning tool, which is the main, if not the exclusive reason we bought this vacuum. We love the vacuum, we use it nearly every day and we have experienced 2 of these failures now. The first one Best Buy took care of and the second one, Dyson claims to be out of stock, and I see that there are many people in line for this before us. DYSON what are you doing to address this problem for your customers????
