I’ve never experienced anything like this. I sent my V8 vacuum in for repair, and ever since, I’ve been completely left in the dark. No updates, no confirmation—it’s like they disappeared with my device. I’ve called several times, and every time I either get told to “wait a little longer” or I’m promised a callback that never happens.

 

This isn’t just poor customer service—it feels downright shady. It’s unacceptable to treat customers this way, especially when they’ve trusted you with their equipment. At this point, I’m seriously considering filing a lawsuit. I don’t see any other way to get a resolution.
