After successful 16 months, my dyson stopped working. The battery red light keep blinking for few seconds then it stops completely. The machine doesn’t work anymore.
After reporting, Dyson send new battery and charger. But it has still same issue with new battery and charger. The battery LED light blinks for a while then nothing happens.
So I called Dyson again and customer service come to conclusion that I need one more new charger and they will send me in 4-5 days….!!!!
I don’t know that what is service strategy of dyson, just keep sending new hardware for customer to try!! My house is not cleaned since last 10 days due to this issue. Has anyone successfully resolved similar issue in short time frame? Please share your experience.
