Hello, maybe someone has encountered this problem: since the purchase of this vacuum cleaner, after it has been on charge - I try to turn it on, and it locks - i.e. it seems to want to start working, but then it turns off, then I take out the battery and put it back in place and then it starts working; it works well, everything is fine, but as soon as I put it on charge and try to turn it on again - the problem remains. What could it be?? Thanks in advance
