Dyson V12 Slim Absolute Cordless Vacuum Low Rach Adaptor keeps "breaking"

*** My apologies … the issue is with the “Low REACH Adaptor” … spelling error on my part.

We were very generously gifted a brand new Dyson V12 Cordless Vacuum cleaner just over 2 years ago.

We, my 76 year old Mom and myself are the only two people who use the machine.  We use it, clean it (the filter needs constant cleaning to the  point that we have bought extra filters to keep on being able to use it with long breaks in between to wait for it to dry), and place is flat on a bench when not being used … it does not stand and it does not stay in its holder because we are renting and we are unable to drill holes in the wall.

The main issue is that we are now on our 4th Low Reach Adapter because the thing keeps on breaking!

For a product so “advanced” (and expensive) this seems a bit ridiculous?

We are not “aggressive” cleaners and really do look after the machine.

The replacements are costing me an absolute fortune at £40 a pop!

Is the machine perhaps faulty or is there something else that is wrong because it is getting really expensive to keep on using and the once impressive machine (when it works it is lovely) is not becoming very expensive.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance for your prompt service.
