Horrible Customer Service - Dyson Canada - Do not BUY


I have been dealing with Dyson Canada Customer Service for the last month and am getting no where.

 

I have return my vaccuum  and then find out they don’t have it in stock. So they are saying they will replace it with another one and will ship out within 2-10 business days. Then find out a week and half later the order hasn’t even been created yet cause they can contact Dyson Canada. Talked to a supervisor and all they can do is create a ticket as Dyson support has no way to contact Dyson Canada.

 

Dyson you have completely turned me off from buying a product from you ever again. Your customer support, gives no support. You can’t even give honest answer or help over the phone online other than we have a process or the items you need are out of stock. Which means in reality you are not getting the item anymore because it won’t be in stock again.

 

Dyson I had high hopes but have been greatly disappointed.
