I am having the same fraud issue as everyone else on this forum. I was advised to send in my old machine for a new, upgraded machine. There’s record of the old machine received on 1/24/25 & I received an email on 1/30/25 stating my new machine is on its way but there is no tracking number. I have called in every couple days since all of this started & have been told I need to give it a couple more days. Now, on 2/20/25 I am being told there is no record of them receiving my old machine. Dyson has stole my vacuum & this is fraud!
