I have an old dyson hoover a V7, it’s still in good condition.
I’m looking to buy a V11. Do you do any sort of part-exchange where you can have my V7 and you could add it into your refurb collection ?

Dyson usually run these events once or twice a year. They’ve not had one yet, so I’d say we’re on course for one in the next few months. October/November time. No guarantee of course. Although, they do run promos month-month. Last time I looked the V11 had a discount of $50. You might consider visiting their refurb shop. They have a V11 for $349.99. Around $200 off their retail cost.
