I bought a V10 for Christmas 2023 and it came with a 2 years warranty. About 3 weeks ago, it stopped charging. I bought a new Dyson charger and it didn’t help. I spoke with customer support and I was told I needed a new engine unit, which was covered by the warranty, but the part wasn’t in stock (yeah, right). Now customer support is simply ignoring me. Am I right in thinking I will never see that replacement part?
