I've bought the low reach tool with the ID: 971435-01 but it does not fit the Gen5detect and I know other people have had the same problem. In Nov 2023, Dyson were offering the Gen5detect in two colourways, identical except one version offered the low-reach adaptor tool as standard. Since it’s highly unlikely that they offered a tool that wouldn’t fit the gen 5 detect, can anyone give me the correct part number for the low reach adaptor tool? Thanks
