Issue with Dyson Customer care Dyson V8

I bought Dyson V8 and used decently for nearly 2 years. From November 2024, it is not working. I have contacted customer care and everytime they give like same response - to clean filter which I do all the time. When I ask for a service engineer to come for inpect, I’m given a quote of Rs6990 which is absurd - Anybody else facing issues with Dyson service? I am planning to raise this issue in all social media with screenshot of whatsapp chat from customer care. If anyone facing similar issues, please contact [Moderation edit - personal details removed]

What do you mean it’s not working? Doesn’t come on at all? Doesn’t last long or doesn’t pick up?

Have you been using vacuum on MAX very often? If you use vacuum on MAX all the time, that can significantly decrease battery life. 
 

regarding the filter, might be worth removing the filter cage to see if anything’s stuck there. To do so there are 3 clips that hold the filter cage. Using long nails or back of spoon you can get cage out and see if anything’s stuck inside.
