I have a v15 and it has poor suction and it has been completely cleaned. Filter was washed but still only works well on boost power setting. What can the issue be, my v10 works far better.

A blockage in the vacuum or filter could be to blame. I know you’ve said you’ve cleaned it already, but did you check the inlet area. I always get fluff or pet hair caught here! Try following the tips in the below video.
