Our V11 was collected for repair on August 2nd 2024, apparently it has been lost, I have repeatedly called your help team and always promised action or a reply in 24-48 hours. As yet nothing is being done about this. As a disabled customer I find it very difficult to deal with an organisation where complaints are not dealt with and managers are non existent. I need to know what you are going to do about this and would like a response asap. I have contacted watchdog and the mail on line to tell my story, surely as an organisation you should make reasonable adjustment for the blind and support them through such issues.
