Your authorized Dyson reseller in Turkey has been unable or unwilling to supply the Low-reach adaptor for the Gen5 Detect for an entire year. For a full year, they have been using the excuse, “We cannot source it.” It’s been a year since I purchased the product, and as a company, you are obliged to provide this adaptor to me. If you’re selling a product, you must fully stand behind it. If I try to order this adaptor from the USA, your distributor in Turkey won’t allow it into the country. No one is helping me obtain this product! What steps do you intend to take to resolve this situation?

Due to global supply chain challenges, in some cases it is taking us longer to certain restock parts than normal. We can only apologise for any inconvenience caused, and appreciate your continued patience. In the event of a breakdown, it’s always our aim to get your machine up and running again as soon as we’re able to.

They’re best placed to access your records on our system and provide an update - and here at the Dyson Community, we’re not able to influence or override their normal processes.
