As per the title. Bought a refurb V15 from Dyson Outlet on eBay. Within 5 mins I get the “filter blocked” message. I see it’s a common fault. Has it never been rectified?

I did what the outlet told me to do and that was to wash the filter and dry it for 24hrs but it’s made no difference. If I’d paid £650 for this I would not be happy. I think I will be returning this for a refund.

I’ve been sent a replacement cylinder body assembly which seems fine at the moment. My only other gripe is that it was showing as having a built in crevice tool in the photos but it wasn’t included in the box. This was from the Dyson Ebay outlet store. I have questioned it and they tell me the photo is for “promo purposes only”.

Thanks for the update - I’m glad to hear the replacement part has resolved things!

Only certain variants of the Dyson V15 Detect™️ vacuum are compatible with the Built-in dusting and crevice and dusting tool. It sounds like the variant you’ve ordered isn’t compatible - sorry for any confusion here, I’ll be happy to pass this feedback along to the right people for you.
