V10 Dok - No Replacement Parts

The wand clip on my V10 Dok cracked after 2 years and no longer secures the wand. From Support, spare parts are not available. In my opinion, that is disappointing. After all, it is a solid plastic part that gets flexed when the wand is stored or removed. I expected better customer service.
