I have a v10 cordless. It’s developed a fault that I can’t solve. It won’t work without me placing my hand over the intake nozzle. ( by intake nozzle I mean the tube that the dust goes up ) If I put my hand over the intake it sucks strongly, if I take my hand away it stops. It’s totally clean inside and out and the battery is new. Without my hand blocking the intake it runs for one second then stops. There are no lights on ( filter, blockage or otherwise ). Any ideas?
