V11 clip in battery

Hi ive just got a new v11 with a clip in battery - is it normal for the battery to wobbly a bit when it’s clipped in? It works fine

Welcome to the Dyson Community, and congratulations on your new Dyson V11™️ vacuum!

We can reassure you it’s normal for there to be a slight tolerance between the battery and the main body of your machine - this helps reduce stress on these components as they’re attached and detached from each other. As long as you’re not finding the battery to be excessively loose, there should be no issue here.

Thank you that’s good to know - hopefully it isn’t too loose 🤷‍♀️ might take a trip to John Lewis and have a look at their demo dysons
