I am experiencing an issue with my V12 Detect Slim vaccum (purchased 04/12/2024). When I press the power button, the unit functions normally for about 2-3 seconds, then the motor stops without powering down. The unit remains on. I need to repeat this process several times before it functions correctly. This issue occurs even the vaccum itself has full battery charge level.
I cleared the filter and the dustbin, and there are no error messages displayed on the screen. Could anyone advise? Thanks

Thanks for your reply. I shall contact with Dyson Customer Care in this case. In fact, this seems to be one of the common issues that other customers had with their V12 vaccum when I did bit more searching through the internet. I still have 7 months guarantee with my vaccum and hope that they can provide a solution. I expected the product to have better quality especially paying nearly £430 which only last for slightly more than a year (sorry I had a typo in my previous message which I bought it on 04/12/2023 instead of year 2024).
