V15 continues running short time when trigger released or starts delayed


Hello all, 

 

hopefully you can help me… 

V15 continues running short time when trigger released or starts delayed. Best way to understand is checking the video…

I tried to clean the filter and the zyklon, but it doesn’t helped. 

Do you know how to fix that, without buying that all for 189 Euro? I don’t have warranty anymore.

Here are some troubleshooting steps you can follow to resolve your issue: 

This machine is fitted with an automatic cut out. If any part becomes blocked, the machine may automatically cut out.

The display of your machine will alert you when simple maintenance steps are needed.

Kindly confirm which alert is showing: 
1 Battery
2 Blockage
3 Diagnostic Screen
4 Filter attachment alert
5 Filter wash alert
6 No alert

Hello Charu,

 

i have checked if there is any blockage, but within the device there is nothing… 

There is also no alert.

Thank you for confirming this. As per the troubleshooting, the issue you are facing with your machine can be resolved by replacing the main body and cyclone.

Is there a way to repair it, without buying it directly new? It is 189 Euros.. What is exactly defective?
