I bought this a month ago and decided to finally take it out of the box.   Typically I destroyed the box or it would be going back as it’s caused so much frustration.  I cannot assemble the thing.  I’ve watched all the videos however the main wand in my box looks totally different to that in the videos even on the Dyson site and doesn’t attach to anything.   I feel like I’ve wasted all this money on something fit for the bin and the support line just cuts off without ringing.  I’m just so upset and wish I’d stuck to my shark now.  Can anyone here help please?   It’s this plastic bit on the wand that won’t attach to anything nor does it feel like it comes off
