Hi, need to buy a new battery for my v8. Checked the website and are 2 different ones.
The website outlines which serial number matches which, but my serial number is 219531-01- NER0636, which isn't listed as a format!!
So I'm lost!!
Has anyone any ideas on which battery?

The number you’ve shared above is definitely not your machine’s serial number, and won’t be recognised as such by the system.
Please refer to the below link to find the serial number of your Dyson. Here is the link: https://www.dyson.com/serial-number-help
Also, Machines with serial numbers starting with G1M, E4Z, TT8, RA5, ZW8, RA6, and YA6 are compatible with Battery E. You can find more details at the following link: https://www.dyson.ie/support/journey/spare-details.967834-07.214744-01
