Wash G1 says empty water tank all the time and it is empry.


As the title says, 2 nd use and keeps saying empty water tank, there is a thread on the forum, but it is marked as ‘solved’ but no solution except to contact support. Support is only available when I am at work.

Must I return and get a refund?

Is there no document on the troubleshooting?

Its hard to call during business hours as I work and wont have the G1 with me.

I think I will just call and arrange a return as it is less than 45 days.
