Can anyone provide assistance with how to remove wheels to clean caught hair? Don’t know model number

Hi @SueW,

Welcome to the Dyson Community!

We wouldn’t expect this to need maintenance very often, as dust, hair and other debris should normally be drawn into the vacuum from the front of the tool. The wheels on this Dyson floor tool aren’t removable, so it’s unlikely you’ll be able to detach them without damaging the floor tool itself.

If you’re trying to remove tangled hair from around the wheel axle, using something like nail scissors or tweezers may be the most effective approach.

Hope this helps.
