how does one get in touch with Dyson customer support? The agents picking up the phone on the hotline  are just from a call centra and few of them are ultra rude! you cannot make a complaint against them, you cannot talk to any one knowledgeable, you cannot send anything to them in writing, and they will not send anything in writing to you! Even when my machine is under warrantee I have to literally grovel to get the repairs sorted out….

I think after 3 floor  machines and 4 hair machines, it's time to say goodbye to Dyson and move on to better companies who value their customers. 

And then some anonymous person will respond to this that pls call the hotline . The same hotline which is giving me so much of problems...
