DC50 loss of suction - Any Suggestions?


Hey everyone 

my DC 50 has suddenly lost full suction, no blockage anywhere!

any ideas?

Very odd, loss of suctions is usually the cause of a blockage, but it can be the result of a missing or dirty filter.

If this doesn’t resolve the problem, please navigate to our online Support and follow the on-screen diagnostics. Simply use our Dyson Support link to get started.

Once here, navigate to the 'Support' option in the top navigation bar and select your machine from the on-screen options.  

If the steps above don't fix the issue, please contact your local support for service options.

Maybe the change over value or lower duct issue. Try: DC50 Support | Troubleshooting | Dyson.
