Could you please confirm where exactly you have noticed a drop in performance. Has the problem been mainly with the base, or do you feel that the hose and wand are not working as effectively as they should.

Alternatively, is the drop in performance affecting both the base and the hose.

When I turn on the vacuum , the motor works, the center canister collects dirt if I you hose. But if try using as the regular vacuum, the the base brush does not spin . Can I share a video?
