So I have had my new Dyson vacuum for a few weeks now. I love everything about my machine except for how difficult the wand extension is to use. Trying to extend it as the weight of the machine keeps pulling back. I read a previous response which said it is “new, and will loosen up...” Well how long is it new? I don’t see this pull back getting any better soon. Thanks!

It all depends on use tbh.
what I can recommend is stretching the hose out at night. Literally stretch it out fully and put something that will hold it in place so it didn’t spring back,
We’ve had our machine since February this year, used roughly once a week or two weeks and hose is much easier to use than it was on day one.
