Hi - I have a dyson hoover for use in my new flat missing a hoover head that needs replacing. I can’t find out what model this is and no luck with a serial number - can anyone help? I’ve attached some photos for ease.

Thanks for confirming this! It looks like the machine you have there is a Dyson DC19 vacuum. The serial number should be on a sticker either on the base of the machine, or on the main body behind the bin.

Please note, this is different to the later DC19 T2 variant, which includes a different wand and connection design. Parts and accessories for DC19 T2 won’t be compatible with your model.
