Hi , I’ve been trying to get my Dyson Animal Small Ball repaired, for over a month now . It’s still under guarantee, and the motor is really grinding when running , I dare not use it . Have already arranged collection twice with customer service, for it to be collected by DPD . There wasn’t any communication from DPD or Dyson either time . Just waisted two whole days for nothing. Rang customer support again and spoke to a lady that was in Greece !! I am in Leicestershire !! Explaining my problem, she gave me a case number (44997992) and told me someone would be in touch. That was a week ago and I haven’t heard from anyone. There doesn’t seem to be any way you can speak to anyone local . Every time I have rang I have spoken to a different person in probably a different country . Won’t be buying Dyson again !

Yet again another day wasted Tuesday 11th March waiting for broken Hover to be collected for repair. No communication from Dyson or DPD . I am not wasting anymore time on this  , you can’t seem to be able to speak to anyone in the UK all customer service personnel seem to be based abroad, and they are not really interested in solving anything, all they do is  rebook collection , never any contact to see if item has been collected. This was my third attempt but nothing resolved . The hoover can be binned and won’t be purchasing anything Dyson again . !!!
