I ordered dyson vacuum cleaner accessories online, which was under V15 but what I received is not compatible with V15. Now when I have to return this I see the return service is terrible. After registering return request, emailing, calling so many times, still haven’t received a return label. In the world of technology, for getting such an easy and static thing is a nightmare. The customer call line is taking hours, even after getting connected and getting assurance that they will send a return label, haven’t received it yet. Now I am so tired and regretting even buying the Dyson vacuum cleaner.
