I sent my DC40 for repair which was done very swiftly. The machine was then sent back using DPD to my nominated pick up point. However there was no time for me to advise that I would be away at the time of delivery. I asked for the goods to be collected and reissued c 2-3 weeks later on 5/3 . Since then I have heard nothing.  I have made contact via email and was told it was in hand but Dyson were waiting for an update from DPD. On 22/03 I was told that DPD had made the delivery . This did not happen. My case has been escalated again (3rd time) and I could expect an answer. I then checked with DPD claim they had not received any instruction and openly admit in writing that they have lost the machine. I am my wits end with this and stick in the middle with no solution.
