I have a Dyson ball vacuum and it recently has stopped sucking at the base. The hose still works. I have cleaned all filters, taken apart the base and see no obstruction. Any help would be appreciated.

Dyson Ball Total Clean-these are the only identifying factors I can see
Hi
To troubleshoot and resolve the issue with your Dyson, you need to follow these steps:

Check the Brush bar and plug in and switch on the machine.

Recline it into the vacuuming position.

Kindly confirm that does the brush bar spin when the machine is reclined.
I look forward to speaking with you!
Brush bar spins, which is why it took me awhile to realize it was not suctioning. Brush bar was also taken off to look for any obstructions and there were none.
Hi
Thank you for sharing the information.

To reset the Brush bar, simply press the Brush bar control button twice or turn the machine off and then back on. Under normal operation, the Brush bar automatically deactivates when the machine is in an upright position and reactivates when placed in the vacuuming position.
These checks should help rule out any obvious issues, and it may be possible to resolve this on the spot!
