I see the other person saying their V10 was useless was closed to comments, not very helpful Dyson, if there is a problem. My V10 cost $1000, only operated for 10-15 minutes before battery died- i tried turning down power, then it wouldn’t pick up properly, still only did ten minute vacs ,it got worse, only lasting 5-10 minutes, so i complained and got a new battery-was told never hang it up on wall charger while warm, exactly same, lasted 10-15 minutes. Now with battery light saying fully charged, it only goes for 10 Seconds, and can’t be used at all,LESS THAN 2YRS OLD.
NOT HAPPY,VERY EXPENSIVE USELESS PIECE OF EQUIPMENT.WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND
