Dyson Zone: no audio playing unless I press one side into my ear | Dyson Community

Hi all,

New owner of the Zone! I noticed that my audio does not play unless I press the left side into my ear or I place my finger directly on the driver. If I wear them backwards (air vents facing behind me, R on left ear and L on right ear), it works fine. I’ve tried to recalibrate the headphones, but I’m constantly getting a Calibration Failed error. 
 

Any suggestions?
