I bought the Ontrac headphone on day one of their release from Ireland. Since then I have attempted a number of times to purchse ear cushions and covers for the headphones to customise them. I have been met by “Out of stock” messages for the majority of options. However when I look on other country sites I can see that stock levels are great, but I am not able to order as I am not in the specific country having the stock. I have also checked through other retailer, but as of now I have not been successful. Can anyone recommend any good options to enable me to buy different colour cushions and covers for these headphones please?

This message is still open in here, as the response I received for why Headphone cushions and covers were not available in Ireland, but available in every other country was… drum roll please… “these products are specifically intended for use in the country of purchase.”. Since when have cushions and bits of metal been specific to any country? I fully understand that electrical goods may be controlled in this manner, but for the Ontrac’s, this is a joke and a brush off. Poor stock control should have been the answer, as this is an ongoing issue. If I can’t get an answer here from Dyson themselves, I will take my question into public forums where there may be a better chance of getting a knowledgeable response.
