We haven’t used it a for a few days, but turned it in today and it’s blowing out an unusual smell. it is about 4 months old.
I checked filter and it doesn’t snell and looks clean, but the central part of the Air Purifier, that the filter goes on, does hold the same smell that is being blown out.
can any advise what I should do?

An unusual odour could occasionally occur as your machine’s carbon filter works to absorb environmental odours including pets, furniture, newly renovated houses, or a humid home.
If you continue to use your machine as normal, we would expect the smell to subside within 1-2 days. However, in some cases this may take a little longer.
If the odour persists, please visit Dyson.com and click the round purple button to launch the Dyson Digital Assistant.
