Just bought the AM7. When I turn it on or off the loop amplifier “wiggles” a small amount. Is this normal? I also struggled to “click” the amplifier into place it didn’t seem go far enough.

Welcome to the Dyson Community, and congratulations on your new Dyson Cool AM07 Tower fan!
As long as the loop amplifier is correctly aligned with the base of the machine, you should find it locks securely with an audible ‘click’ as you twist it into place. Make sure it’s seated correctly on the base, and it may need some firm gentle force to allow the clips to lock.
