AM09 flashing F2 error | Dyson Community

My AM09 fan is flashing F2 error. I tried the usual turning it on and off a few times but the problem persists. How can I fix this?

This it often simple to resolve. Please try the checks below:

  • Unplug your machine and ensure it’s disconnected from the power supply for at least 10 minutes.
  • Ensure you’re not using an extension cord or power strip. Your Dyson fan heater should only be used when plugged directly into a wall socket.
  • Plug your machine back into the wall socket and retest. It’s also a good idea to test from a different wall socket, to ensure the issue doesn't lie with the socket itself.
