I’ll never buy from Dyson again after the weeks of appalling customer service. It ranges from product information being made up when they don’t know the answer to mistakes being made with returns which are supposed to be quick and easy.
I’ve made a phone call today which resolved nothing and just spent 1hr 15m on Chat with someone who pretended to understand and then kept talking about a different order. All I want to do is to return a one item order. The website says this is easy, it’s not. I think this agent actually deliberately acted confused to annoy me as well, ignoring 3 times the order I was asking to return.
I don’t see how this company will continue with the issue they have with service. I’ve seen people have issues when something is faulty/break down as well.
