Appalling customer 'service' | Dyson Community

I’ll never buy from Dyson again after the weeks of appalling customer service. It ranges from product information being made up when they don’t know the answer to mistakes being made with returns which are supposed to be quick and easy.

I’ve made a phone call today which resolved nothing and just spent 1hr 15m on Chat with someone who pretended to understand and then kept talking about a different order. All I want to do is to return a one item order. The website says this is easy, it’s not. I think this agent actually deliberately acted confused to annoy me as well, ignoring 3 times the order I was asking to return.

I don’t see how this company will continue with the issue they have with service. I’ve seen people have issues when something is faulty/break down as well.

 

 

Maybe you should go to the nearest Dyson store.

I'm not trying to excuse the downgraded customer service. I'm giving you options. 

How about you actually call Dyson. You have your phone.


Another ridiculous answer. I’ve been on the phone to them several times. Again, you’re excusing them. You clearly work for them and are as bad.

They deserve to go bust for how appalling their non-support is and I’m sure they will eventually.

If you have any more non-helpful suggestions please keep them to yourself.

Very well... Bring this topic up to social media. I don't work for Dyson, I don't try to excuse their downgraded customer service, and I don't mean any harm to you. If you're p1553d of the customer support now and nothing was solved yet, bring it up on social media.


I’m 100% going to. I’m also trying to find a proper address to complain to. Despite repeated requests their CS will not give me anything. I’ve already spoken with the Escalation Team who were just as bad an made yet another mistake. It’s just crazy. I don’t know if Dyson management are aware of how bad this is. I certainly will never buy from Dyson again and I’m informing my friends as to how bad it’s been.
