I am about to talk to Which magazine about a serious fault with the Dyson Hot + Cool air treatment machine. I should give Dyson a right of reply, but I cannot find an area that deals with complaints.
Seems not…. I read somewhere that Dyson no longer supports a customer service team, only support for problems and even that number redirects you to a call centre outside the UK. Whilst this community page is ok for somethings they seem to be relying on existing customers to provide solutions to issues which cannot be resolved that way…. I’m very close to contacting rip off Britain… if you scan through the posts a lot relate to failures in customer service. Since their move to Asia it seems the UK, Ireland and even the US have been abandoned…. Good luck with your issue..
