I own 2 dyson cool humidifier and purifier ..in the first 2 years both were replaced related to water tank under warranty and now both units have oscilatting issues and are over by a few months of the warranty i have done all the possible solutions along with calling dyson and which they said bring in the machine to which is not a option because of the service location and i dont know what kind of money we are talking about..for the price i paid for these units they should not have issues will not buy again
